Dr. Julie Eshleman, PhD, MEd, BCBA, is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Georgia Institute of Technology and a LEND Fellow at Georgia State University. With a background in behavior analysis and organizational psychology, Julie takes a systems-level approach to disability inclusion. Her current research focuses on the intersection of AI and disability, including scoping reviews of AI-powered assistive technologies and participatory action research developing AI chatbots for disability resources. She also serves as a Trustee for the Lightyear Foundation in the UK, championing inclusive STEM education.
