WARM is the brainchild of Dr Georges Petitjean. Georges is Clinical Director at Inclusion Drugs and Alcohol Treatment Services (part of Midlands Partnership NHS University Foundation Trust). The perspective he brings is threefold: frontline clinical experience, insight into senior leadership and decision-making, and a personal appreciation of what addiction can mean in real life. He founded WARM to put non-judgmental, compassionate, evidence-based understanding of addiction and recovery at the heart of workplace wellbeing.
