Catherine Grinyer is the founder and Director of Attendable, an inclusive events consultancy delivering a range of and event consultancy and management services. Since launching in 2020, she has led the production of large-scale international conferences, awards and webinars that push the boundaries of accessibility and audience engagement.

Passionate about equality, diversity and inclusion, Catherine has driven leading events including TechShare Pro, Inclusive Africa, and the Disability Power 100. Most recently, she co-founded the Accessible Events Show, a new platform showcasing innovation in accessible and inclusive event design, to inspire and educate the events industry. She has contributed to industry thought leadership including co-authoring a chapter in the CIPR’s Platinum book on digital inclusion and worked with Activity Alliance on their inclusive communications guidance.

Dr Shani Dhanda is an award-winning inclusion and accessibility specialist, helping brands, media, and organisations create experiences with real, measurable impact. Recognised as the UK’s most influential disabled person by the Shaw Trust and a BBC 100 Women Laureate, she has advised more than 400 businesses on embedding accessibility into strategy, marketing, events, technology, and product innovation.

Shani sits on eight advisory and executive boards and contributes to national disability policy through the UK Government’s Disability Unit. A sought-after speaker, broadcaster, and author, she has appeared at more than 400 international events alongside figures including Michelle Obama and Hillary Clinton.

Named in Forbes’ inaugural Accessibility 100 as one of the world’s leading innovators and changemakers in accessibility, Shani has also received more than 30 awards for her work in leadership, creativity, and brand impact.
