Megan Smith serves as Director of Global Accommodations at Amazon, where she leads the technology, experiences, and services supporting accommodations and accessibility for over 1.5 million employees worldwide. A pioneering force in corporate accessibility, Megan established Amazon’s first employee-focused accessibility program in 2018 and has since expanded her scope to oversee all employee medical, non-medical, and religious accommodations, as well as assistive technology and innovation initiatives. Megan is an active member of the disability/blind and low vision community, where she both mentors and continues to learn from others.
