Hillary Wool is a Partner at Boston Consulting Group (BCG). She works within the Public Sector and Healthcare Practices, across digital and organizational topics. Hillary’s clients have included health systems, government agencies, and private sector healthcare organizations.

Hillary is a co-founder of BCG’s disability ERG, AccessAbility@BCG, and leads research and external efforts on disability inclusion and accessibility. Her team’s work on disability and the workplace has been covered in media outlets including Forbes, CNBC, and the New York Times. She lives with Ankylosing Spondylitis and Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, and is an ambulatory wheelchair user.

Outside of work, Hillary is passionate about paratriathlon, organic gardening, and vintage design. As an advocate and model, she has been featured in multiple campaigns and media projects in recent years. Hillary lives with her husband and Boston Terrier in Philadelphia.
