Llauryn Iglehart

Llauryn Iglehart serves the Chief, Office of Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (OEDIA at the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA). As Chief of OEDIA, Ms. Iglehart is responsible for CISA’s Equal Employment, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Accessibility policy formulation, consulting, and strategic management.  She and her team implement the equal employment, complaints processing, reasonable accommodation, affirmative employment, internal civil rights, diversity, inclusion, and accessibility programs for CISA.  OEDIA’s mission is to cultivate an inclusive culture that champions dignity, respect, and belonging, where diverse talent is leveraged equitably to advance cyber and infrastructure security.  The OEDIA vision is to make CISA the premier Agency for diverse talent to work and innovate.

Ms. Iglehart has over twenty years of experience working in the field of equal employment opportunity, diversity and inclusion.  Previously, Ms. Iglehart served as the Director, Decennial Investigations and Adjudication Office, Office of Civil Rights, at the U.S. Department of Commerce.  She led the processing of formal equal employment opportunity complaints for the 2020 Decennial Census applicants and employees.   Prior to her joining Commerce, Ms. Iglehart served as Deputy Director, National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC), Equal Opportunity Programs Office.  At GSFC she was responsible for managing, implementing, and evaluating  programs in equal opportunity, affirmative employment, civil rights, language access, complaints processing and reasonable accommodation.

At other points in her career, Ms. Iglehart served as Branch Chief, Training, Marketing and Consulting Branch, National Institutes of Health, Office of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion; and Director, Affirmative Employment Group, Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, Office of Equal Opportunity and Civil Rights.

Ms. Iglehart is an alumna of Spelman College and the University of Baltimore Law School. In addition, she has received a Certificate in Public Leadership from Brookings Institute Executive Education Fellowship Program.

Bob Nadeau

Bob Nadeau is the Partnership’s Branch Chief in the DHS Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency’s (CISA) Strategic Relations subdivision. The Partnership’s Branch builds strategic partnerships with federal, state, local, tribal, territorial, non-governmental and private sector organizations. The Branch facilitates information and resource sharing, identifies collaboration opportunities to address shared needs and links stakeholders with CISA subject matter experts.  

Previously, Bob was an External Affairs Director for NOAA supporting programs in their efforts to grow relationships, identify new partners and opportunities for collaboration and supporting communication and engagement efforts with external stakeholders.

Previous to NOAA, he was the Deputy Director of Intergovernmental Affairs at the Federal Emergency Management Agency where he lead an IGA team that worked to build relationships with government officials, NGOs and private sector partners. He was also the Hazard Mitigation Grants Team Lead in FEMA Region 1(New England) before his move to HQ.

Bob was a Regional Manager for the Massachusetts Emergency Management Agency (MEMA), prior to FEMA, and coordinated the state’s emergency management activities with 96 communities.

He also served three terms as an elected Town Selectman in Maynard, Massachusetts.
