Sriram Ganesh is a lifelong builder and the founder of Lumin. In his early 30s, Sriram was diagnosed with cone-rod dystrophy, an incurable condition causing progressive central vision loss. As he struggled to learn new ways to navigate work and life, he found that accessibility tech overall lagged behind frontier technologies, especially in this new era of AI. So Sriram built Lumin, a voice-first AI assistant for blind and low-vision people, on the belief that designing for accessibility produces better products for everyone. Today, Lumin lets people manage their email entirely by voice, no screen required.
