Shlomit Shteyer is a Director of Technical Program Management at Salesforce with over a decade of experience driving software programs from strategy to successful delivery across multiple countries and organizations of all sizes.
Her passion for accessibility began during her time at Twitter, where she was first introduced to the product accessibility space. Since joining Salesforce, she has focused on operationalizing accessibility strategy to ensure the company’s products are accessible to everyone.
Beyond her corporate role, Shlomit is an active mentor with TechWomen, PMI, and D3 at Concordia University. She has been a dedicated participant in the Ride to Conquer Cancer since 2017, cycling to support cancer research.
Originally from Israel, Shlomit currently lives in Toronto, Canada, with her husband, three daughters, and their dog. When not working, she enjoys hiking, yoga, cycling, and exploring the world through travel.
