Dina Moati is a professor of Education in the Educational Assistant Program at Sheridan College.

Dina has over 12 years of experience in the field of education, which spans across K-12, vocational, and postsecondary settings. Her career portfolio includes extensive experience of using technology in the classroom and empowering students through incorporating tools that implement Universal Design for Learning and ignite creativity. She holds a Master’s degree in Education and is a certified Assistive Technologist, Learning Strategist, as well as Adult Education Facilitator.
Dina believes in the value and uniqueness of each learner and her work is grounded by the core value of the right of each person to have the opportunity to realize his/her fullest potential through enhancement of strengths and empowerment to reach goals. She is currently a professor of Education in the Educational Assistant Program at Sheridan College and when she’s not exploring edtech tools, she enjoys reading, running, and drinking lots of tea.
