Julian John is the Managing Director of Delsion, a People & Development consultancy that focuses on Learning & Development and inclusion solutions. The social goal of Delsion is to: “Make Wales a leading nation around inclusion, specifically disability inclusion in the workplace”. In 2015 Delsion led the initiative to make Swansea the 1st Disability Confident city in the UK. Julian is also the current Institute of Directors Wales, Director of the Year for Inclusivity, a past RIDI Winner and champions the Purple Light Up in Wales.
