His love for technology led him to conceptualize Key2enable Assistive Technology in the past years, together with his business partners in Brazil 🇧🇷, filling a gap in the EdTech industry for Special Education.

Jose envisions innovation in the digital accessibility field, empowering people with motor, physical and intellectual disabilities to develop their skills using exponential technologies.
Esha Khurshid is a Psychologist, behavioral therapist and Social entrepreneur. She started her education in dental surgery and soon moved on to pursue her degree in psychology. She completed various certifications in ABA (applied behavioral analysis) in teaching speech and independent skills for people with learning and social interaction difficulties. She also completed certifications in CLM (competent learner model) for people with learning difficulties.
She has an experience of over 12 years as a therapist with private centers, teaching skills and specializing in early childhood intervention and counseling families and caregivers. She has 4 years of experience in social entrepreneurship leading 3 innovative startups.
Esha successfully began RISE EVENTS – UAE’s first events management company in 2018 for people of determination. Which gained a lot of media traction. Her startup was selected as a finalist in Etisalat business pitch and was part of SHERAA. The vision of RISE Events was to bring the community together towards awareness of inclusion and building more accessible events that would promote accessible spaces and job opportunities for POD.
Soon after the first event she was offered the role of Co-Founder and COO at ImInclusive in 2019, the world’s first online social platform for POD to connect, collaborate and find equal job opportunities. Iminclusive received government support and funding and awards. The founders collectively decided to appoint a POD in a directors position and moved on to pursue new challenges in the field.
In 2022 she joined Key2enable, an innovative educational assistive technology for POD. Key2enable is a 35 times international award winning startup. Esha joined in the capacity of chief visionary officer and advisor to CEO. Her role is to grow the company’s vision through curating special projects and collaborations. She oversees MENAT projects including a few global regions like India, Pakistan and Spain. Esha has recently been awarded Woman Leader Middle East 2021 part of CMO Asia/ World Women Leadership family.
Esha believes that everything she does is working towards changing a billion lives. She is a vivacious advocate for inclusion and accessibility.
Esha oversees diverse projects in MENAT, Western Europe India Pakistan and Africa.
