Jodie Greer is the Founder of Be #PeopleSmart, a disability inclusion and accessibility consultancy based in the UK, supporting businesses around the world. Jodie has been passionate about disability inclusion ever since she can remember, and has made it her mission to put more human-centricity back in to the workplace. Jodie describes herself as currently-non-disabled and believes disability inclusion isn’t really about disabilities, it’s simply about people. Jodie says there’s no diversity without disability, and the value of equitable work places just makes for smart business.
