Edmund is a passionate disability rights advocate. He currently works with Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health as an Assistant Director of Career Services. Edmund serves as the Campus Coordinator for the Workforce Recruitment Program for students and recent graduates with Disabilities and Accommodations. Edmund facilitates the Career Coaching Program for students with disabilities. In addition, he is a member of the Columbia University Medical Center Disability Access & Accommodations Committee (DAAC). Before relocating to the United States in 2010, Edmund served as the National Public Relations Officer for the Ghana Society of the Physically Disabled – Youth Wing from 2005 to 2009. In his free time, Edmund loves to hand cycle, volunteer, cook, read, watch TV news, indulge his passion for tweeting about disability inclusion and human rights, and networking.
