Christopher M. Lee, Ph.D., is an international expert in accessibility field. He is an author and public speaker on learning disabilities and assistive technology. He has received and served as principal investigator on numerous research grants and contracts. Christopher serves a Managing Director of the International Association of Accessible Professionals (IAAP), and  Chief Learning Officer of G3ict.

Sam Evans manages the IAAP Certification Initiative. Sam’s marketing, non-profit, and certification background brings knowledge and expertise to develop, grow, and implement a professional certification program. She brings hands-on experience in certification program evaluation, processes, item-writing, item-reviewing, and administration to the IAAP Certification Initiative. She oversees platform testing and delivery, manages test partners, and both staff and volunteer contributors to the IAAP Certification Initiative. Sam began her career leading international membership associations for 10 years before offering strategic consulting services to non-profit organizations. Sam has spent her professional career helping non-profit organizations and educational institutions develop success strategies, tell their distinctive stories, reach new markets, and build long-lasting relationships. Sam also has a strong technical background in database management, systems integration, integrated marketing, and social media management. Sam holds an MBA in Marketing/International Sales from the Coles College of Business at Kennesaw State University and a BA in Political Science/International Studies from Kennesaw State University.

Glenda Sims is the Team A11Y (Accessibility) Lead at Deque, where she shares her expertise with government organizations, educational institutions, and companies that range from small business to Fortune 50.

Glenda is an adviser and co-founder of AccessU, and serves as the lead judge for OpenAIR (Accessibility Internet Rally). She spent over a decade as a senior developer at the University of Texas at Austin, where she helped support the university’s central web site and worked as an accessibility and web standards expert with her mentor Dr. John Slatin

In 2018 Glenda co-authored the white paper A11Y Wars: The Accessibility Interpretation Problem. She also co-authored the book InterACT with Web Standards: A holistic approach to Web Design. Glenda is an active contributing expert on the W3C Accessibility Guidelines Working Group and the Cognitive and Learning Disabilities Accessibility Task Force.
