Florence Chapman’s career path led her to Canadian Business SenseAbility in 2016. As CEO, Florence is committed to advancing the employment outcomes for people with disabilities through actionable strategies, including cultural transformation of private and public-sector organizations towards sustainable inclusion and accessibility practices, and matching the talents of people with disabilities to employers. In addition to her commitment to sports training and wellness through her business, Impact Training, Flo spent 10 years in the financial services industry as a Vice President developing strategic client relationships with institutional equities investors for Merrill Lynch in Toronto, New York City, and London, England, and Midland Walwyn Capital in Toronto.

Her experience in growing institutional equities market share in different countries, and under challenging economic and market conditions, required adaptability, leadership and a collaborative mindset, and business intelligence to produce strong sales growth and secure long-term client relationships. She holds a Commerce and Economics BA from the University of Toronto, Trinity College, and was selected into, and completed the Women in Business Initiative at the Rotman School of Business at U of T in 2015. Flo is a founding board member of Access to Success Organization, a Rotman, MBA student-led not-for- profit. She is an avid reader, accomplished pianist, and boxing enthusiast.
