Josh is a powerful leader in disability-inclusive innovation and entrepreneurship with a deep background in Technology and Cyber Security.

In recent years, through his lived experience of travelling by air with a physical disability. Josh designed, created, and commercialised a transfer device, making it easier for wheelchair users to be safely lifted on and off an aircraft with greater dignity and comfort. In 2018, he won the UK Stelios Awards for Disabled Entrepreneurs and went on to get the backing of Sir Stelios Haji-Ioannou and his easyGroup family of brands, more famously associated with easyJet for his innovation. Josh was also crowned Great British Young Entrepreneur of the year 2019. In addition to running a business within the travel sector, Josh plays an important role in helping advocate across the globe to improve air travel for disabled travellers by supporting many global organisations and accessibility forums across the sector. In 2022 Josh joined the leadership team at Open Inclusion, leading a global disability-inclusive innovation competition and delivery of a new technology platform.

Aside from running his business and supporting Open Inclusion, Josh holds an Honorary Master’s Graduate from UWE in Technology and Management for Business, and is an Ambassador for Leonard Cheshire, most recently speaking at COSP-15, at the United Nations HQ in New York on entrepreneurship and employment of persons with disabilities. Josh continues to act as a young support volunteer for Spinal Muscular Atrophy UK.

In his spare time, he is currently training to compete for Great Britain in air rifle at the 2028 Paralympic Games and is a Man United fan!
