Alexandra Kutas works together with the Mayor of Dnipro, Borys Filatov, and a team of specialists as a consultant and liaison on disability and universal access issues. Together they are striving to make her city more accessible for everyone. She is the first professional Ukrainian fashion model and actress in a wheelchair. Alexandra had her own photo exhibition in clothes of one of the best Ukrainian fashion designers at Ukrainian Fashion Week last season. After that, an exhibition was successfully held in several cities in Ukraine. Coverage of her in the Daily Mail got 4.1k shares in the first 2 days after publication. It was translated into 12 different languages around the world. Stories were published about her in more than 10 Ukrainian newspapers and magazines. Interviews on the main TV channels of the country. Photo shoots in New York City, Alexandra was the first model with disabilities on America’s most popular public radio station, WNYC, and was invited for an interview with three-time Peabody Award winner, four-time Emmy winner and “Dateline NBC” correspondent, John Hockenberry.
