Why is this research important to Enterprise Rent-A-Car?

“When we were approached by Freeney Williams to support their research into the Click-Away Pound, we felt it was an incredibly compelling piece of work and we wanted to be involved.

We now live in a digital age where the internet is part of everything. As a result, it needs to be accessible to all. Today it is vital to bring accessibility and inclusion to the table at the very beginning of every project to ensure that people with disabilities have the same choice and opportunity as everyone else.

We also saw an opportunity to learn. We have just launched a new mobile app as well as a new rental website. This study will give voice to a very important customer community, and will help us to identify how we can make our products the most compelling in the digital market place.

This study sits very well with our values. From the beginning, Enterprise Rent-A-Car has had diversity and inclusion at the core of our culture. Inclusion helps us to learn and drive innovation, to connect with more customers and to make our company a place that is welcoming and attracts the best talent in the market.

We have spent a great deal of effort to ensure our physical workplace is an inclusive environment. We are proud to partner with the Business Disability Forum, working closely with experts in the field to ensure we position ourselves to welcome people of all abilities.

As businesses, we are all on a journey to make our products and services relevant and available to everyone. With the digital marketplace and workplace at the centre of every new initiative, we are now placing very much more emphasis on making our virtual environment as inclusive as possible.

We are excited to see what results the research brings and urge as many people as possible to take part in the survey so their opinion counts.”
